He is a heartless assassin (literally) that vowed revenge of a certain exe that snatched his heart and crushed it. Now he is going to kill every exe. But if the exe's have a gun, he will slice the bullets with ultra sword skills. His curse of having no heart gave him immortality, so he is lucky for that. (It's basically Agent Giga made by @InsertEPIC404 but is a pico, works for himself, and have no gun)
