IT'S A BRILLIANT, BOUNCY ADVENTURE! You play as Roger the bouncy ball. Use the arrow keys to move and to jump. Press up whilst touching a block above you to grab it. (It's a bit buggy but it works). Don't touch the lava or you'll warp back to the spawn point. For now, explore the forests, caves, deserts and some other terrains of the strange world. Head to the pink to warp to the next level. When you get to the final level. It will warp you back to the start. There are currently 6 unique levels. This is experimental. If there are 20 loves I'll make a full game. If there is a weird glitch/bug I will know about it and I am probably fixing it. Who would of known I was typing down here?
I looked at a lot of projects on scratch and then combined them all in this project. Removed volcano because it was not good enough. Added clouds on backdrop for level 1. Added death effect. -3/11/15-Resprited and reintroduced volcano. Changed warp effect. fixed 'travelling through walls' glitch. :) Changed warping costume. NO LONGER DRAFT -4/11/15- Added (possibly) final level. 7/11/15 Added Candy Land bonus level. Updated backdrops. Improved visuals. Fixed bugs. Finished game. WILL NOT BE UPDATING AS OFTEN. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW THE GAME'S MADE I used the maths function 'absolute value' to make a formula which tells you to do the opposite of what you are doing when colliding with the terrain. Example: If you land on a block (travelling down) you won't go down, you'll travel up so you don't pass through it. Or if you crash into the left side of the block you go right so you don't pass it. All of this is crammed into a custom block. Which has 'forever' around it, meaning it doesn't need to be in the custom block. SEE INSIDE TO HELP THIS MAKE SENSE.
