These two are definitely friends.... Still making backstory, but Evelines powers have no effect on Snatcher, so he can not be inffected. Eveline has labled him as her new 'Daddy' (Don't take that the wrong way, istg I'll slap you.) Hat Kid and Bow do not know about Eva, but she knows and sometimes stalks them....
