Join BARON if you are looking for a fun, friendly team with competitions, along with no requirements other than to type above 100WPM (We are one of the fastest teams on NT, in the top 10 for avg WPM) and to work on speed an accuracy! I worked for a while to get above 100 to get on, now I am averaging around 120WPM!
This is partially team recruiting, but I am actually holding the comp, but if we want to make top 100 we need more racers! (I joined in the heyday of BARON, when we were #7, helped keep us in the top 50 for a while, but then we fell down with the rise of the insanely competitive teams. (To paint a picture, I was able to get my own team to top 100 with doing a 200 race session, and then about 80 races every other day.)
