This is my new OC Hollyfall!!! Meet Hollyfall: -Typical sassy teen -Clever -Witty -Never afraid to fight -Incredible fighting skills -Strong leafspeak -Has no friends; fear of betrayal -Has almost zero compassion -Very popular for her boldness Why Hollyfall? I see Hollyfall as a good and bad version of who I want to be, striving to take on her good qualities and improve on the bad ones. Parents: Maple and Firefern (my other OCs) Siblings: Sienna (my OC) Crush: Juniper (my OC) A tingle ran through Hollyfall's spine as she peered upon the dragon in front of her. Nobody was allowed to make her feel that way. Hollyfall spat in anger and asked, "What are you doing here?" The dragon replied in an icy calm tone, "This is my home. You can't make me move. Get out before your parents come looking for you and find you dead." "Why should I listen to you? I am the daughter of the Leafwing queen!" Hollyfall spat back. She took a step towards the glittering blue dragon as its icy spikes clacked together as it moved its tail in anger. Hollyfall could feel its coldness from a dragon tail's length away. Its sharp, beady blue eyes searched Hollyfall, unsure of what to say. "Well? Get out! This is our part of the forest! If one of my mothers finds me, she would be proud I'm defending our forest!" Hollyfall snarled. "Aww, mommy's little dragonet. How sweet. I'm sure it would impress her to find you lying unconsious on my part of the forest," the dragon replied, sharpening its claw on a nearby rock. "You asked for a fight? You got it," Hollyfall said, lunging at the other dragon. Its cold scales shifted beneath her claws, and she could hear a hissing noise coming deep from its throat. She didn't know what type of dragon this was, but it wasn't going to win a battle with her. Hollyfall lunged for the dragon's wing, shredding it almost instantly. It roared with fury as it spun and threw Hollyfall off its back. It opened its mouth and blue ice crystals began to fly out. Hollyfall leaped away, accidentally brushing the cold ice breath. She hissed in surprise and anger as she summoned her leafspeak. Just then, something pinned her to the ground. A large tree branch kept her from getting up, and it struggled beneath its weight. "Let me go," Hollyfall shouted at the tree with her leafspeak. The tree didn't move. The other dragon must've had really strong leafspeak to counter Hollyfall's, because the tree wouldn't budge. Just then, a thousand sharp tree branches broke off from the tree and lunged for Hollyfall. That wasn't leafspeak. Just then, something clicked in her mind. Animus. This dragon was an animus. And there was no way to stop them. Just then, a shadow blocked out the sun and a dragon leaped onto the animus' back. The mysterious dragon shoved a berry into the dragons throat and held its mouth closed. The animus dragon collapsed and did not wake up. The mysterious rescuer turned toward Hollyfall, his eyes glittering with the thrill of battle. Tiny white berries were being held in his hand. Hollyfall knew that they were the most dangerous berries in the forest, if swallowed. Just then, the mysterious dragon muttered something, and the dead dragon exploded into ashes. That dragon must've been an animus as well. He stepped toward Hollyfall, looking at her with wonder. Hollyfall had no idea who this dragon was, though he was very clearly a LeafWing. The mysterious LeafWing crouched down beneath Hollyfall, looking around. Hollyfall hated saying this, but this dragon looked formidable and she was too tired to fight. "Don't hurt me," Hollyfall winced as his eyes met hers. They were a deep gold, the color of the sun on a beautiful night. He muttered something again and the tree that trapped Hollyfall broke in two so that Hollyfall was able to get out. His eyes met hers as he asked, "I'm Juniper. Who was that? That blue dragon?" "I don't know. I think it was from the Distant Kingdoms," Hollyfall replied, in wonder of the dragon before her. "I don't doubt it. If they're up here, in the most dangerous place on the planet, something big must be happening in the distant kingdoms," he said, taking Hollyfall's claw to fly above the trees to look out at the horizon. "What is that?" Hollyfall said as she spotted hundreds of little dots in the sky coming toward them. Juniper stopped and studied the horizon line. "Distant Kingdom dragons," he concluded, squeezing Hollyfall's talon tighter. "IceWings." Hollyfall felt her heart in her chest jump. IceWings? From the Distant Kingdoms? Coming to the jungle? Hollyfall looked into his eyes. There was something she felt that she hadn't minutes before, but she couldn't place it. "Well, whatever it is," Hollyfall said, washing away the feeling, "we'll fight it together."
