this time its an IDE, limited to 10 lines but that's because I don't want to put in too much effort i did it in a remix so i could add c as an interpreter command to clear the console, because otherwise it would be cluttered. its not necessary for this program to work, it just makes it way less annoying. also i fixed the delay command to accept numbers longer than 1 digit as inputs
