everything is mouse controlled, so touchscreen devices should work fine. full screen recommended, as some of the buttons are small. How to play: use the mouse to look around, and press the three buttons to change tools. when the tool is the arrow, hover over people to show options, and select one. red is lightning, gray is beam, yellow is two trucks, and blue is missal rain. you can also just drag them around, but don't drop them when you are too high, or you will end up with a puddle of person residue. =\ the syringe infects them, and they can infect others.
this is kinda hard, so feel free to give suggestions, but understand that I might not be able to do everything. I will add more people when I am done. coming soon: the beam and missal rain, vehicles and buildings that the people can interact with, and possibly some kind of cure.
