!WARNING! Scary music I freaked myself out making this- I added the static because I felt like I needed to add something that could help make me feel better about a certain situation that I'd rather not speak of. (That also applies to the rather disturbing music.)
I'm pretty sure the "music" is an alternate EAS alarm or something- Yeah EAS alarms are pretty creepy
