Player 1 uses W and S to move up and down, Player 2 uses up and down arrow keys. The ball bounces off your paddle if it hits your paddle. If it doesn't hit your paddle, it hits the space behind your paddle, and the other guy gets a point. Whoever gets 5 points first wins. Click the flag to start or restart the game. Also, you can cheat.
When I started, I was following the video with the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn6Q1GVBdKs, but after a little bit I decided to try and figure it out myself. I also might have heard the music somewhere and forgot about it, and then made it in scratch thinking "I'm so smart". If it is a song, or part of a song, it has been mentioned.
