Here's what you need to do: Storage studio: Post a comment in the storage studio saying something along the lines of 'Please reply to this if you need the alliegences changed' if someone replies, adjust accordingly! Make sure to make a log of comments describing your changes [For instance: Deleted /blank/ or Ages Updated] Update every character's age by one moon every Friday. If for whatever reason you can't do it on Friday, do it the next day, or as soon as you can. When the kits need to become apprentices, please make a note of it on my profile, or wherever I instruct you to chat while I'm gone - I'll get to the ceremonies ASAP Any delays in apprenticeship are canonically excused by Cricketstar being a bad leader. Loners and Kittypet's Studio: If any loners or kittypets have fulfilled their three missions, then you can give them two options: They can have an OORP ceremony [you give them their name without a roleplayed ceremony, and they join the clan] OR wait for me to come back and have an IRP ceremony [I roleplay the ceremony with them] If someone decides to have an IRP ceremony, please comment on my profile, or wherever I instruct you to chat while I'm gone. If someone comes to you saying that they completed a goal, then mark that in the studio. If the person becomes a warrior, then take them off the studio and adjust the allegiances accordingly. SIGNUPS: You will not have to accept any signups while I'm gone. MODDING AND RULE-FOLLOWING Correct anyone you see who's not following the rules, say whatever you think is necessary for them to stop. If somebody is being blatantly disrespectful to you or other roleplayers, then you have permission to give them a strike. This means they will not be able to roleplay for a month in the studio. [I don't think this will happen, but it might] If someone is spamming, advertising, or in any other way breaking the rules without being part of a roleplay, tell them to stop, and delete their comments.
