Use the arrow keys or move your finger or mouse to move the Scratch Cat around. Click the Scratch Cat to disable mobile functionality Click the green flag and press another part of the screen (not the cat) for mobile functions to work. If mobile = 1, then mobile functionality is turned on If mobile = 0, then it's turned off, use arrow keys. To set mobile back to 1, click the green flag.
