To become a Scratcher, a New Scratcher must: Have a verified email address. Have 2+ shared projects. Have been on Scratch for enough time (usually about 2 weeks). Be active on the website. New Scratchers have Restrictions (applied to prevent Trolling, Spam and Flaming) 1: Being unable to create Studios 2: Being unable to use Cloud Data. Due to that, Cloud Variables needed a "Scratcher" rank to Use/Create it. 3: Posting between comments is Delayed to Half a Minute (30s / 30 seconds). 4: Posting in Forums is Delayed to 2 Minutes (2:00 / 2 minutes). Scratchers have Half of its Delay (1:00 / 1 minute), as Usual 5: Must have Two weeks (14:00:00:00 / 14 days) after Account Created to Become a Scratcher. 6: Must have a Valid Email address (like Gmail) to Become a Scratcher. Not doing so will Leave all the Projects Private. 7: Must have Two Published Projects to Become a Scratcher. (Private Projects don't Count) 8: Must be Active in Scratch to Become a Scratcher. This is the Greatest Part of Becoming a Scratcher.
