Click the peeper gain resources, the knife gives you CPC, the players give you CPS but need to be unlocked first. Fish get infected with kharaa after the sea emperor. The sea emperor gives you enzyme 42, that can be used to reverse the effects of kharaa. P.S You better bring enough enzyme 42 or buy more multiplayer mods before starting kharaa...
