You don’t have to do anything really but press the green flag (it will start bubble noises) its like you underwater but in scratch! There’s not much because its just to look like your in water but i hope you try it! also you need to allow your camera for it to work.
I learned how to do video sensing and it will tint your background a bit transparent but nothing is video sensed so yea that is!
