— — — — — ✧ hello! i’m linn [ or previously @sIeepystarr ], and this is my application for an admin role in the glitchiis myo! i’m aware that i have roleplaying experience as well, and if it’s really needed i could be a mod for the roleplay instead of the actual myo, but i’m heavily preferring the myo mod position :) ——— ✧ a bit about me ꒱ my name is linn, as mentioned above, and i go by she/her pronouns! i’m an intermediate artist who also loves writing/roleplaying. some of my other interests include running, playing badminton, baking [ though im not the best at it haha ], and playing instruments like piano and violin! ——— ✧ activity ꒱ level from 1-10 ; 9 i’d say im pretty active on scratch, especially since my summer break just started!! this is also a new account, so i’ll be online a lot setting it up and such. i am constantly checking my messages [ maybe too much ] and usually respond to everything, except for the few times where i reply in my head and forget to actually type it out haha. i definitely will be able to check the myo several times a day, so if i managed to receive the position, you wouldn’t have to worry about me being inactive :) ——— ✧ other socials ꒱ th ; sleepystarr da ; sleepystarrs chaos ; sleepystarr 6325 if i do happen to be offline on scratch, there’s a high chance i’ll be on another site! i’m redoing my th profile, so i’ve been there a lot lately. i also check my da and chaos account regularly! those are the only big socials i have right now, but i’ll most likely be able to get more if needed. ——— ✧ drawing experience ꒱ im definitely no professional when it comes to drawing, but i wouldn’t consider myself a newbie either! i’ve been drawing as a hobby for at least 3 years, and i think ive improved a lot, if i say so myself! i learned a lot of techniques i didnt even know existed throughout those 3 years, and im still trying to get even better now <3 i draw a few times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. it all depends on my motivation. however, because i have so much time now, i’ll definitely be drawing a lot more! im pretty sure you know my art, but if not here are some examples ^^ ; https://ibb.co/album/bMnfPX ——— ✧ moderation experience ꒱ im not new to the responsibilities of managing something! whether it’s a roleplay or an ota [ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/730440846/ ], i’ve played a part in many things. in real life, im a pretty perfectionistic person, so im always fixing even the tiniest details. i also am not one to give up, which sounds like a good thing, but sometimes its not. i tend to get stressed out about the smallest things when theyre not going right, but also, i dont stop until it’s fixed. so it’s both good and bad, but mostly good for the receiving side lol. on old accounts, i did a lot more roleplaying than drawing, and i had my own roleplay for a while. im not going to provide the link to save you from the cringiness, but i can if needed! that roleplay taught me a lot about responsibility and what needed to happen to have a successful roleplay with active people in it. even though i was just a bored, naive kid during covid when i made that roleplay, i don’t think id be this experienced today without it. the most recent roleplay ive helped manage is wwrp, which can be found here ; it’s peak was a little while ago, but it was fun while it lasted!! we got almost 100 roleplayers in it. ive also been wanting to create my own roleplay for a while now, but i haven’t had the time. maybe later this summer! ——— ✧ why i want the position ꒱ finally, the biggest part for last!! i would like to be a mod for the myo because it’s a really cool concept, but also because it sounds like an interesting experience! i’ve never created my own myo or helped manage one before, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. because it already seems to be very popular, i knew it would be successful when it was actually released, so i would get to experience everything that happens in a big project. small contests/projects tend to die down really quickly, and that wouldn’t really provide much experience. ive also always just liked accepting forms—its weirdly relaxing lmao. additionally, i love helping others out, and i know things like these can seem really confusing at first. i remember when i made my first myo character, i had no idea what i was doing and just added some random traits. if i received the position, i would want to make it easier for any beginners so they could go through a much smoother first myo character experience! ——— thank you for taking the time to read this!! if you’re applying for the roles as well, good luck to you :) ——— ✧ credits ꒱ art ; me design ; layout ; me code ; music ; cruel summer by taylor swift — — — — — ✧
