Redpaw is a timid tomcat who has PTSD from the battlefield (that's how he got the eye scar). His sister Rookpaw died 5 moons ago and he's still partly grieving. Redpaw for now spends his time focusing on his training because that's the only way he can hold it together. He doesn't talk a lot and is extremely antisocial for the most part unless he needs to step up and state his opinion.
