Well... I don't think you actually need instructions, but if you didn't understand it, this engine doesn't let you comment while the project is running. You can comment though by changing the "can_comment?" variable or pressing the spacebar. This project actually took some time for me to make, even though it's only 10 blocks! (I tried to use less possible) I first saw @-CloudCodes- 's engine and I implemented it using my code! Well, in this version you don't need to use Turbo mode, you can control the commenting and you can't actually stop the project (unless you see inside), so that the scratcher can't comment even at the end of the project.
---Update--- Somehow it got fixed, so I had to change the code. Sadly, there is no way to prevent the bar from being seen on the screen flickering. All code is mine, but i give a special thanks to @-CloudCodes- for his project "You Cannot Comment v1.4" wich I implemented so that turbo mode is no necessary.
