The more enemies you kill, the more health gained per each time your health regenerates. The wait time between each time your health regenerates depends on your health. Lower health, lower wait time between health regens, the more health, the more wait time between each time you health regens. Shooting chances: the more enemies on screen there are, the more you'll shoot. 10 enemies on screen = %20 you'll shoot per forever loop iteration (~0.000001 secs per iteration), 40 enemies on screen = %50, 50 enemies on screen = %100. Plus, every time you shoot, there is a very tiny %5 chance it'll shoot backwards!
