In short, dregs are essentially the worst of what makes up a sprite, every sentient sprite possesses one, but you cant peacefully live without it, despite you might wanting it gone, its still a part of you A dreg can be separated through various methods but the most common method is through forceful removal which can be done by focusing and rejecting it, which ends up doing more harm than not.
