This program picks a random point in the picture and draws a ring. It draws the ring by making a large dot the correct colour, then making a slightly smaller white dot in the same place. The effect is pretty cool. Use Turbo Mode! Also, go inside and change the pen size. My favourite effects are when the pen size is between 5 and 15 (this one is at 7).
