He's been a bit odd ever since he was a kid, and after all those years of being a cast-out, he's finally found a family with his friends. But after a few traumatic childhood memories, he's developed a fear of being alienated and singled out. His foster parents locked all the foster kids in one small closet when they got tired of them, which led to Atti's claustrophobia. His ability to manipulate what other people saw also allowed him to see monsters from other planes. They never harmed him, but that didn't mean they scared him any less. Nobody would believe him when he talked about it, and it made him feel crazy. Allistair is an innocent little baby. Protect him from harm.
