Startup Controls - Start the reactor systems, and wait for CYROS to start. Then, lock all fuel cells before turning on the two startup keys and confirming the startup. Emergency Shutdown - Can only be activated during meltdown. Has a 1/2 chance of either failing or succeeding. Shutdown - Available a few minutes after the reactor goes online. The temperature must be below 450,000K to initiate the shutdown.
