Click the green flag twice. Satellites have detected an unusual amount of asteroids flying towards planet Earth. To combat this, a laser turret was constructed to destroy the asteroids before impact. Maybe some otherwordly force is behind this...? Or, play endless mode and see how far you can go! --------------------------INSTRUCTIONS------------------------- Aim the turret with the mouse, and click and hold to fire lasers. The turret will begin to overheat as you fire, and if it does, you will be unable to fire for a short while. If 5 asteroids collide with Earth, it's game over. Destroying asteroids earns money, which can be used to purchase certain items. Press the number keys to purchase items. 1: Sub-Barrel: Adds an additional, secondary barrel to the turret, which fires a smaller projectile with every shot. Increases the rate the turret overheats. Can be bought twice to add two barrels to the turret. Costs $200. Permanent upgrade. 2: Liquid Coolant: Slows the rate the overheat meter fills. Costs $300. Permanent upgrade. 3: Plasma Beams: Increases the damage dealt to asteroids slightly. Costs $400. Permanent upgrade. 4: Fusion Reactor: Greatly increases the size of your laser blasts temporarily. Costs $50. 5: Electromagnet: Prevents the turret from heating up temporarily. Costs $30. ---------------------------ASTEROIDS----------------------------- Regular: Flies towards the planet at a random angle. Fast: Flies faster than the regular asteroid. Wavy: Turns randomly as it flies. Bouncy: Bounces off the edge of the screen as it flies. Stealth: Spawns very close the turret, pauses for a second, then flies forward. Mega: Flies slower than the regular asteroid, but explodes into multiple smaller asteroids. Explosive: Flies very slowly, and explodes in a wide blast when destroyed, also damaging any asteroids around it. Gold: Flies slowly, has a ton of health, and grants a lot of money when destroyed.
