> random lore facts dump ig a certain creature made by the Fallen of the Rebirth Age can neutralize magic with its bite. there are multiple instances of this poison being used in battles between gods. even Erythia, who flooded the world left behind from the death of the three wyrms in the draconic age, was given this poison by her own Speaker as he rebelled. symptoms other than loss of magic abilities include dizziness, weakness, eventually paralysis and death. a person without magic dies sooner than a person with magic, a god can't die to this poison but they will be stuck in a state of paralysis unable to do anything for a long time. you know what they can die to though?? GETTING STaBbED!! but all weapons made by mortals will melt, and creating weapons to stab people is illegal since the draconic age. no one actually cares though also the more powerful magic users like gods have O R B S in their bodies that can explode and stuff
