S u m m e r • S c e n a r i o s ―――― Hello my ameowzing hooman beans! This is my first project for my series, "Summer Scenarios"! Today we're gonna be talking abt Sleep Schedules- ―――― When it comes to sleeping on holidays, most of us love to sleep in. The chance and freedom we have to sleep as long as we want and go to bed as late as we want is v appealing to us. Now, what is irritating abt sleeping during Summer Holidays is that it will probably take a good period of time for u to get used to this sense of freedom as we would usually sleep and wake up early due to school. It took me abt 4-5 days to get used to my new timings, and thats totally ok. Ik it gets rlly irritating sometimes, especially if you study a lot during weekdays and get tired and weary super often, bc u just wanna get ur rest during the holidays! ―――― Here are 5 tips to make it easier to get used to your new timings faster, or at least just get some rest during the day! o n e : if u have a school alarm for waking up on a device or clock, always remember to shut it off! t w o : if ur feeling tired during the day, just know that its totally fine to get into bed and take a nap whenever you'd like! just TRY to avoid taking a nap at 4:00 PM or later! t h r e e : relax your mind and let all your thoughts out before sleeping. this can be done by watching calming videos on yt, reading books, or smth nice that u enjoy. Or just simply sitting down and slowly processing all ur thoughts and letting them out. f o u r : avoid things that give u stress and anxiety and peer pressure. yes, stepping out of your comfort zone once in a while is totally fine, but thats a totally different thing to doing things that stress u out a lot. f i v e : make sure your sleeping spot is comfy enough for you to sleep in. Making sure your AC is cold enough, u are wearing comfy clothes, and have all the things u need to go to sleep, bc thats crucial for a nice, long sleep. ―――― tysm for tuning in, see you in the next project! :)
