These Journal prompts will be focused on random things that will hopefully help you get to know yourself better. If you're not familiar with journaling, It's a very good coping skill. Many people find it pointless to write answers to random questions but I think that it helps people find a calm place in their minds. All you need is a notebook and a pen or pencil.
