This is a simply lip-synching engine for animations that works with text-to-speech (hence the arbitrarily long title). It is easy to use.
Credits: - @breenworks: Lip synchronization animation phoneme costumes Notes: - The "dms" input is the number of decimilliseconds (ten thousandths/10^-4 of a second) between movements of the mouth, thus referred to as the "sync gap" time. - A sync gap of 330 dms usually works. I'd recommend using trial and error to find the right sync gap - Even the smallest portion of a second can make a large difference! - Click the green flag multiple times; the timing will otherwise be messed up.
