Part: AFAB - A thin, fluffy, gold and ginger mackerel torbie. They have deep amber eyes. Character that I am applying for: Part Why do I want Part?: Well, there are several reasons for this. I really like these kits, I think the entire litter is amazing. It’s different to other litters. For starters, it’s much more creative, and the poem gives you such an insight into the parents as well. It’s beautiful. The designs as well are very well thought out, and the mackerel stripes are beautiful. Also, the line of the poem kind of resonated with me. It kinda sums up how I’m feeling. I mean, I’m loveless aroace, and I know the poem is about Owl and Bee, but to me the last line represents my friendships. Also, I feel the name is unique. So, yeah! Sexuality of Part: Part doesn’t really understand romance, and fae struggles to grasp the concept. Part is a thinker, and eventually, after much pondering they realise that she is on the asexual spectrum, and also the aromantic. But then, she hits rock bottom. She doesn’t know where to go from there. They feel panicked, and pressured, and it’s as if the whole spectrum is pushing down hard at them, forcing them to pick. But fae doesn’t want to rush it. She had heard about aroace, but still didn’t think it fully described her. Eventually, she stumbles upon the term ‘lovequeer aro.’ They found this really interesting, and looked into it more. The more they looked, the more it matched. They wore this label with pride. It was a fairly new sub-catergory of aromantic, and they enjoyed the freedom of it. (In case you don’t know, lovequeer aroace so when you reject societies concept of love. You don’t experience or understand it, and instead redefine the word to fit yourself. Similar to heartless aroace and loveless aroace) Pronouns and gender of Part: Well, this was much easier for Part. Fae really liked the sound of fae/faer pronouns, as well as sae/saer. However, she/her still felt comfortable, and they thought they/them was nice too. In the end, the thought that non-binary fitted the best. They didn’t feel their gender fitted inside social ‘norms.’ So, they went exploring, and after reading about so many genders, just decided to keep it at enby.
Personality: Part is a very much a thinker. They are very patient, and love to ponder abstract concepts. They have a very philosophical mind, and love deep conversations. As well as this, they’re a pretty good speaker. Though their voice may not be loud and booming, and their speaking might not be super fancy, their reasonable and calm voice often holds a logical argument. Although they aren’t loud, they aren’t quiet either. They in fact hate loud noises, as they are audio-sensitive. As a kit, they are quite introverted, and shy towards strangers. Part is rather logical, but they also have a more figurative side. They know that some things just can’t be explained, and that not everything works out logically. They are a very family-oriented person, loving family above all. They will hopefully have a storing connection to all the members of their family, especially Owlrhyme. They are very kind, empathetic, and a good listener. However, they also love laughter, and can be a very sweet cat. Part is quite naive however, and could be quite easily manipulated. They are a relative moralist, and are fascinated by the subject of morality. His entire day will brighten up if you present him an interesting theory on the world, or society, or a deep question with philosophical roots. He loves hanging out with his family first though, and loves to share with them. As Dippaw has always been there as well, he sees him as an older brother. However, Part does have flaws. He is naive, and easily manipulated. Also, he can be very indecisive, and has been known to cry over decisions. He can be distant, and distrustful of strangers. His honesty can hurt cats. Disabilities/disorders: Yes, I think audio-sensitivity comes under this bracket. It’s formal name is Hyperacusis. Hyperacusis is when sounds around you seem to be louder, and it’s only you who hears these amplified noises. This can make everyday life difficult. It can cause depression, ear pain, and anxiety. Also, some people have smaller symptoms, however others can have severe ones, such as seizures. As well as this, it is useful to note that it is not generally something you always have. For Part, it is caused by a head injury. I don’t generally plan out cats lives, but at some point when she is younger, she will injure her head, and later develop audio-sensitivity. The symptoms for fae include seizures. These mean for fae, that faer body will go stiff, and faer head might jerk a bit, and fae will stop breathing for a bit. Codeword: I shall hide the codeword in some random trivia about Part. - Faer favourite prey is a finch. - Faer favourite season is autumn - Favourite colour is a golden brown with a tinge of amber, or a clay coloured terracotta. Other: I’ll add a bunch of stuff to do with his morality here, but I have breakfast now. I met you at SUNRISE, When the moon falls and dies. I gave you a FEATHER, So you’d like me better. I felt you were like a BUMBLEBEE, When you loved and trusted me. But when we did PART, you went and broke my heart.
