This is an AU I thought of when I came across this song that would fit so well- In this alternate universe Yuri decides to raise Star solely to be an evil ruler under her manipulative guidance. Once the dragons tracked and took down the royal family (for realzies, no survivors :< ) Star would be the only heir left. Rather than turning against Yuri though, Star finds herself being slowly convinced to be on the evil side. Eventually agreeing, (Shortly after Yuri turns her into a Half-corgi-half-dragon) she takes on most of Yuri's mannerism's & thinks of the dragons as her true family, since realistically she couldn't recall her life before being taken. In present day Star is now the cynical Princess of the corgi-dragon kingdom, with Yuri as the new Queen, she helps lead ruthless armies of reptile-canines to take over more and more of the once peaceful land of mythical creatures. She has become just as bloodthirsty as her adopted mother. >:D
