just read the instructions - 0 means the two texts have the same amount of that letter - a positive number means text 2 has that many more of that letter than text 1 does - a negative number means text 2 has that many fewer of that letter than text 1 does note only letters in the standard latin alphabet will be counted (no numbers or punctuation)
