Treaty: all former lands of the Rland Union are to unite as one country called "Rland Union" but would have a communist north & a capitalist south & all people in the country can move freely from both parts of the union. with this people who want communism can just move to the communist side to see if it works & if they choose, can move back to the capitalist side, the United empire of Marica will rebuild the country & remove all troops from the country & donate food to the starving P.S we would also pay for the wounded soldiers P.P.S both nations will be allies
