Use it like a real one. Warning loud noises ! Next part of the desc : The worst thing about the future semi kirk time Harrington MRL gearless traction lifts that will be built is their VF drives that contains a high amout of kirkium dioxide which is a mega bad substance as it’s very toxic, very harmful, very flammable, it’s combustive and it’s a very violent explosive ! The logic also contains kirkium dioxide but not enough to make any explosion, in the worst case, the logic can burn. But the VF that contains the lowest amount of that thing (40 Grams) can explode a whole restroom ! But the one which contains the biggest amount of that substance (4 Kg) can destroy an entire small block of flats (3 floors max) ! These Harrington lifts are totally disgusting, utterly horrid and mega nasty !!!! What a bad owner ! He will also replace the existing lifts which aren’t even that old since they were built in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009, apart from the Smith and Harold hydraulic lift that was built in 1973 but again, there’s no reason to replace that lift since it’s very well-built it is and in an amazingly good condition ! The old 70s flats are quite posh too and the old lift is the poshest version of an old Smith and Harold lift ! So, there’s no reason to replace a nice old posh lift with a bog-standard and faceless piece of pure rubbish which doesn’t even look the slightest bit posh and has a very dangerous VF drive, unlike all of the other lifts in all of the buildings, including the generics and the derelict semi-generic Bear Lifts Ltd/Sprinte Electra Vitoria hydro from 2007. Also, there’s no reason to renovate the flats since the 70s one was renovated in 2007 and it was quite a posh flat when it was built (This flat was also renovated in 2007. They removed the asbestos, they replaced the electrical equipment, they’ve replaced the insulations, the heating system has been replaced and, an air conditioning system was added, they upgraded the ventilation system, they’ve added a new lift (The Bear Lifts Ltd/Sprinte EV hydro lift), they’ve built an indoor pool and an outdoor one, they’ve built a very small extension to put the 2 pools and the new Bear Lifts Ltd/Sprinte EV roped hydro lift, they’ve renovated the interior quite a bit to make it look posher and nicer & they renewed the facades to make it look nicer) & it’s even posher since it’s renovation, although, the new owner no longer maintains the 70s building and it’s very small extension, so they’re run-down which is very bad for a building like that, he also closed the 2 epic pools & there’s also no reason to renovate the another buildings which were built in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2009, those buildings are also quite posh. 2 of them (This one and the one with the Ecodisc) are some extension of the 70s building, they were built in 2005 and 2009. The another ones which were built in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 are some modern and quite posh buildings located nearby in the same street as the 3 buildings (The 70s building and it’s 2 extensions from 2005 & 2009). The 2004 building has an epic indoor pool but guess what ? The owner closed it aswell ! All of the 2000’s buildings (except the very small extension of the 70s building) are in a good state, so, there’s no reasons to renovate the buildings ! And there’s something which is one of the worst things about the renovation, the 3 pools will get SCRAPPED !!!! The residents written complaining e-mails about that but they all get evicted ! All of these residents are also great, very nice & very kind, but that mean owner kicked them out for no reason w/ stupid security guards and dogs which makes it even worse ! This is so disrespectful and disgustingly nasty !!!! They even have to leave a lot of their stuff in their former flats because the security guys have forced them to get out of the buildings very quickly ! That’s awful for those residents ! The stuff has been BURNT in the courtyard as the security guards were given the order to destroy that stuff by burning it !!!! Such a bad owner… The buildings nearby from 2004, 2005 and 2007 have 6 TK Mk1 w/ keypad floor selection. 3 of them are MRL & the others are hydraulic. The 2003 building has an Otis w/ Sprinte EV logic & Fermator doors. The 2006 building has an Otis 2000 H Easier MRL hydraulic. All of the lifts in all the buildings are now switched off. So, enjoy this lift while it lasts. Also, all of the lifts in the buildings nearby were turned off a week before the residents got evicted ! They have also complained about the fact that these lifts were switched off for no reason and here is the end of the description !
Full title : R.I.P. ! Very nice & very rare 2009 Paravia roped hydraulic lift installed by Bear Lifts Ltd… Credits to @ZippMusic, @RussoElevatorsInc, @Jon5432, @Julotleblork, @Hissen3000_Scratch, Beno, Heritage Elevators, Elevators from Sweden! and everyone else who has provided the assets for this project apart from kirk time supporters. Brand : Paravia (Installed by Bear Lifts Ltd). Year : 2009. Type : MR roped hydraulic, single ram. Logic : P-Dahl S3 microcontroller. Capacity : 630 Kg/8 Pers. Motor : GMV T2. Position of the motor room : Ground floor. Starter type : Solid state w/ soft-starter. Doors : Fermator. Buttons : Schaefer BudgetLine. Floor display(s) : Bear Lifts Ltd dot-matrix. Arrows : Bear Lifts Ltd. Phone : SafeLine. Floors : 3(G, 1, 2). Voice : Newe Drucegrove. Speed : 1 m/s. Serial number : BL No 0192. Location : 18 Mc Harold Street, Sheffield, UK. My opinion : This is a very rare and really nice Paravia lift installed by Bear Lifts Ltd. This lift is actually a semi-generic lift and not a full one because the arrows are made by Bear Lifts Ltd themselves. This lift is a very fast 1 m/s roped hydraulic. The pump is a nice GMV T2 with 3010 mechanical valve and it’s got a soft-starter which reduces the charge timing a lot. The acceleration is really fast when going up but the acceleration is slower when going down. It also has very little levelling time, although, the levelling is a bit longer when going up, but it also has pre-doors like almost all Bear Lifts Ltd lifts. The hydraulic unit also sounds rather good. This lift runs very well and smoothly. That lift makes rattling noises while moving, especially on the way up but that’s typical for cheap generic hydraulic lifts with 1 roped hydraulic ram. There’s no full chassis aswell, it’s only got a side chassis and an under chassis, although, the lift isn’t that badly built, the cab doesn’t feel that weak and it’s actually quite sturdy which means that this lift is actually better made than most regular hydraulic lifts. The doors are also working pretty well and they’re very fast despite being cheap as Bear Lifts Ltd always use Fermator door equipment on their lifts but they set up the door VF very well actually. This lift also use Schaefer Budgetline buttons which are also cheap but they’re much better than bog-standard Dewhurst US 91 EN buttons because they look nicer and they seems to be better built than Dewhurst. The lift has quite an unusual indicator animation while moving and it’s also got unusual orange arrows that blinks when this lift starts moving (And also when the lift starts/charges the hydraulics). In terms of logic, it’s got a Swedish S3 controller from P-Dahl which is very unusual for a lift like this one. S3 logic controllers are very simple but they’re very reliable. But despite being very simple and generic, S3 controllers can actually do pre-doors and even pre-start (Like Schindler 5400/Eurolift MRL lifts) and there’s a generic ITK MRL traction lift at Liljeholmstorget Parking Garage, in the South of Stockholm, Sweden which has S3 logic that actually has both pre-doors and VF drive pre-start which makes that lift really efficient. That ITK was installed in 2009 and All The Elevators! by Summer ADDE filmed it in June 2012 and when I watched the video, I’ve seen that it’s got pre-start and pre-doors. I discovered this by reading the comment of that youtuber on a Heritage Elevators’s video, the comment talked about S3 controllers and the lifts at Best Western Bondeheimen 4-star Hotel in Oslo, Norway has got 3 lifts which have been modded by generic Kone with DMG buttons and S3 controllers. All of them works really well and 1 of the 2 passenger lifts has pre-doors. The service lift doesn’t have pre-doors but it’s without innerdoors & levels efficiently while the set of 2 lifts have quite a long levelling. Also, this Paravia has a nice newer Drucegrove voice and the full orange cab looks very nice, has a very fresh look to it and it is very unusual for a lift like this. And also, that fresh orange color and the button panel inside the lift cab makes the lift look so much newer than 2009. The lift is very well maintained, so it looks and runs like it was brand new after 14 years of service and that’s totally unexpected since it’s a generic lift in the UK. So, despite being a cheap generic, it’s actually a very good lift. This lift is located at a modern extension of some old flats from 1973 which were heavily renovated, but they’ve done it in a very good way in year 2007. An another modern extension has been built but it’s from 2005 and it includes an absolutely AMAZING & UNIQUE Kone Monospace (Ecodisc) MRL traction lift which has pre-doors and even PRE-START !!! Thumbs up Kone !!! This Kone Ecodisc lift was installed in 02/2005 and still runs like brand new ! But the district’s owner will renovate all of the 11 buildings and install horrid newer semi kt Harrington/Pickerings MRLs. [Next part of the desc. in Instructions].
