From there, he made friends with two cats, Autumn and Thorn. They were the only cats on the face of the earth that he had left to love and became attached to them fairly quick. They couldn’t have more fun together! Or so he thought. As time went on, they grew farther and farther apart. Felix didn’t understand why. He thought they were destined to be best friends forever. He wished he could know why Thorn and Autumn were becoming more distant. Well, after a few months, Felix got his wish. They were on a vacation to the beach when Thorn and Autumn called Felix over to tell him something “exciting.” He rushed over quickly, and saw a chain with an anchor in Thorn’s paw. He asked what it was for, and Autumn answered, “it’s for you. Shark.” (You see, Felix had always been self conscious about his extraordinary tail.)then, out of the blue, She tackled him to the ground so Thorn could tie the anchor to his tail. “I thought-” Felix gasped. “I- Itrusted you!
