-- Instructions -- Press to add more bacteria! Hold the space key or hold the arrow icon for extra variables; use the slider to change the simulation speed, volume or quorum! Press the x icon or press the c key to clear When the density of cells passes a threshold so to will their auto-inducers (chemical that induces a reaction in different cell densities), then a group reaction will be produced (quorum)! In this case, Vibrio fischeri, a cheese-puff-shaped bacteria will glow!

Coding and everything else is by me! -- Information -- Ooh! Anyways, this is a simulation of Vibrio fischeri, which is a kind of bacterium that glows! Let me explain; when a certain density of bacteria is reached, so does the concentration of an auto-inducer, which is a chemical that is supposed to produce a response when the density of cells is changed. When a threshold concentration has been reached, a quorum, then a group response is produced at about the same time.
