Hey sorry about this being late, I've been busy with a lot of other stuff. Even if this doesn't get counted, I wanted to draw this really cool design :D . I haven't thought of much backstory for this character, but I feel like he's some sort of assassin. I think he uses a lot of illusions and trickery on his victims ("smoke and mirrors") and at the very end, shows the victim their own face and their own crimes, just to give them a taste of the justice he is about to inflict. And he is of course a very classy fellow.
