Being a part of the admin team is not an easy job. You must understand that and be able to deal with some stress. You must also understand that your role will likely be less than that of other roles, simply due to what the role entails. If you are within a month, I will make an exception, but I want someone who is a teenager so I can feel confident with their maturity. If you do not feel comfortable disclosing your age, merely state if you are a teenager or not. If you don't, it will be assumed you are under 13 and your application will be voided </3 ii. Not being on my blacklist/graylist. I will not work with someone I am uncomfortable with. If you don't know, assume you aren't. iii. Fully accepting of the lgbtq+ community, no if's, and's, or but's. If you are ever found to be not fully accepting, you will be immediately blacklisted and removed from the position. vi. Willing to work with the other admins. If you have beef, then you probably don't want this role as it requires communication and respect between all members of the team. Fighting and disrespect have no place in the event admin team or admin team in general. preferences ; i. Having chaos. It is easier for me to communicate and harder for other people to find. Not a requirement and it won't lower your chances, but it is definitely something that would help out. ii. Being 18 or under. Won't affect your chances, I just don't feel super comfortable working with someone who is an adult while I am a minor ^^' iii. Friend/mutual/inspo status. I want someone who I know fairly well already and wouldn't have a difficult time working with. If you don't know, assume you are. Don't ask or I will be mad >: vi. Experience.
