Remix this with a different background if you're against bullying.
Yes, I am indeed aware that this message has been around since the dawn of time (and nobody will see this) but its meaning and its impact still stay the same and it should. I know that this seems cringe, but it is very much true. I'm saying this as someone who has gone through some really nasty periods in my life (e.g., last year when I was trash-talked about, bullied and hated, or when I was picked on the year before re the topic my art was often centred around, as well as a pretty bad decline in mental health during 2020 also the year I joined this rollercoaster), and I still put out these messages so that hopefully some of these thickheads who don't care about anything (trust me, I know a few) might just get a little insight into the hellfire they cast others into with their hateful words. My teacher last year was aware of my situation, and she was a definite help, and showed this when we got framed quotes that reminded her of us, and I want to share mine with you. It reads, "You may shoot me with your words. You may cut me with your eyes. You may kill me with your hatefulness. But still, like air, I'll rise." -Maya Angelou I hope that these supposedly impact-less projects do talk and resonate with some of you, and please... If you think your actions are hurting someone frequently, cease them and ask. And always remember if you're going through a tough time, you can always, always, ALWAYS come to me. -Cori <3
