There's a very rare type of migraine called hemiplegic migraine which basically mimics a stroke but without any brain damage. I'm not kidding. SEVERE pain (like, holy crap man), nausea, long blind spot episodes, and the most defining factor is muscle weakness on one or both sides of your body along with pins and needles and slurred speech. I get every single one of these symptoms during the worst migraines I get, today being the third time Iv'e gotten one this bad. I'm gonna see a doctor lol
