Another read-only version of the Scratch RPG, complete with MMO capabilities. This is my first posted version of the RPG engine to feature mobile support, and a lot of work was put in to allow for analog control while properly animating the player. This version also has the finished Griffpatch Text Engine code within the font sprite, which is used to display the usernames of players.
If the game is currently empty, you can duplicate tabs on a laptop or PC, or log in on multiple devices at once to see the MMO code in action! *Credit goes to all of the usual people: Griffpatch for the asset pack and tutorials Vyrell for the main character sprites O-Lobster for the tileset Updates * Day 1 Update - Added Sprite ordering, optimized lists and variables, and split the Cloud Players Sprite into two sprites to further optimize lists. * Jul 6 Update - Added in every costume from The Hero Squad and the Ultimate Evil for the sake of completeness, cleaned up the code by removing remnants of unused features, added usernames, added mobile support, and improved the code of offscreen players.
