BLIZZARD IS HIS NAME. LINK TO COLORED DRAWING: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/86994551/ He's a ice wyvern, meaning he lives in cold places like mountains. The outer part of his wings, tail tip, and tips of the horns are encased in ice, with small blue orbs on the horns and tail. (two for each horn, three for the tail) The inside of his wings are soft and fluffy like snow. His claws are pure black. (on the center of the wing, the 'elbow' if you will) Due to living in cold weather, he has fur around his body instead of normal scales. He also can use frost breath, a weaker version of a dragon's icy breath.
Before anyone says anything, wyverns aren't dragons! Well, not exactly. Wyverns have two legs, dragons have either four or none. Wyverns are weaker than dragons, they can't talk, (verbally, maybe by telepathy they can) or use very powerful breath attacks that dragons have. And yes, the claws attached to the wings idea came from me playing Skyrim, and looking at the 'dragons' (Which are wyverns according to definition.)
