Not only is this a way to compete, I'll also be giving feedback after each round to hopefully help everyone improve, even if they didn't make it to the next round. Below, you can find FAQ, the due date, the rounds in depth, and anything I may not have put in the project. However, if you still have questions, feel free to ask! And yes, this is mobile friendly. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ᶠᵃq ≺3 Q: When is this due? A: This is due at 9 am EST on August 5th, 2023. Q: When will results be out? A: As I will be giving individual feedback, plus creating pairs for the next round, probably the 11th (the friday after the due date). Q: When will I get my feedback? A: Everyone will get feedback in the results project. Q: Where/when will the next round be posted? A: After I share the results project, a separate project for round two will be shared. It will include your partners and songs if you make it through. (karaoke tracks will also be provided) Q: Can I do this with someone else? A: No, just so it is easier for me to give feedback. Q: Do I have to sing a certain genre? A: Nope! As long as the song is appropriate and you feel comfortable singing it, it doesn't matter! Q: How many entries can I enter with? A: I would say 2 recordings max, but the feedback will be overall anyway so I don't mind if you want to do two. Q: How long does the audition have to be? A; At least 30 seconds. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ᴿᵒᵘⁿᵈˢ ⁱⁿ ᵈᵉᵖᵗʰ ≺3 Round one: Everyone sings a song of their choosing to audition for the competition. Fourteen will be chosen to compete in further rounds, but everyone will get feedback. Round two: There will be seven pairs of people who will essentially "battle" while singing one song. They will each sing one song and half will be eliminated. Round three: I will choose a song for each person to sing that will probably contrast their usual singing style.
