This is a PREMADE sprite in scratch 1.0 now this features no longer exists but here... right there in the sprites tab are some pre made scratch coded sprites! AND yes the pen addon was pre installed with scratch 1.4 along with some motor features that i guess you would use the Lego items with but you do not.
