He is sharp-witted and quite intelligent due to his strategizing during casino games. He often mocks people and is arrogant. Joker drains time and resources from others just to bother them, labelling it as a 'joke'. Most people would label him as a 'trouble-maker', due to how mischievous he can be at times. He is quite careless, to be honest. Joker is a pathological liar, painting himself as a hero in order to manipulate others into things. Despite these negative traits, he can show a friendly side if you push him towards it.
