This is my updated story because things have happened 1) Hazel, 9, she/her. Knows very little about LGBTQ+. Is in third grade and has little friends. 2) Hazel, 10, she/her. Gets a lot of friends, some of whom are closeted queers. Thinks she is pan. 3) Hazel, 11, she/her. Fifth grade, gets a hair cut and thinks she is straight. Thinks she has a crush on a boy in her class. 4) Hazel, early 12, she/her. Realizes her crush isn't real. Finds out she is aroace with the help of her queer friends. 5) Hazel/Elis, late 12, he/they/it. Shaves head and realizes that it is not cis. Thinks he might be genderqueer, doesn't know yet (also, that is not what my hair looks like, I have hair just not a lot)
