The layering thingy: So all u have to do is place the thing on the cake then it should change color! Frosting: Just do the same thing sprinkles: Just put them on the cake then the sprinkles will go alover the cake there are remove buttons because if u pick a sprinkle and u want to pick it again i reccoment the remove button so u wont have to start ur cake again!
