so because im doing more art payments and stuff im just clarifying some things beforehand. if you don’t read the whole thing and then get mad when i strike you, that’s on you. feel free to simply skim anyway, or only read the section to what im giving you (: “tos” is a fancy word for “me telling people off” and “being mean” i might rewrite/expand this later to be more specific, my legality needs to be top notch or else i’ll cry -Table of Contents- —- - -— 1- art 2- designs 3- overall dos/donts —- - -— -Art- as the most common thing im supplying you, ofc this is the first section. I’ll try to keep it short, for both my sanity and your mental state. stuff on your usage of my art: firstly, please do credit me at least half the time you use it. preferably 100% of the time, but im lazy enough to know that nobody actually puts crediting into the notes/credits section anyway. at least the first time you use it, at least, would be awesome. ! if you do not credit me at least the first time you use the art (if ever) then i have the right to revoke your ownage of my art. my tos, my rules. thank you. ! when i supply you my art, that does not give you the right to trace it, recolour it, feed it to ai, or edit it heavily. you may tweak some colours to your liking, or move things around a little bit, but i spend a LOT of time on your art, seeing people completely change it sucks (,: similar thing to the above, but if you’re using it for ai im probably gonna have to just stop letting you commission me. seriously, the idea of my art being replicated by a machine is not okay to me. hope that makes sense. -Designs- when you buy/trade a design from me, you will own both the design and the image that comes with it (which will typically be a nice character sheet with the colour pallets and all that). you MUST credit me EVERY TIME if you use the og art of the design. as for the design itself, you must credit me in any ref sheets or larger projects you use it in, but as long as you don’t claim it as yours and answer honestly when asked who designed it, we’re all chill. you may NOT: -use my designs for really weird stuff (if ykyk, im not saying what specifically on scratch for obvious reasons-) -completely change the design -sell my designs for more than you bought them for -use my designs before our transaction/payments are complete any violation of the above will have your design ownership revoked, and you will be warned. if you have a bad history with me, i will likely not serve you any other art or designs. -overall dos donts- as per any normal human being, there is, of course, things that overall, id just love if you didn’t do. please don’t: -use my art for ai -trace/recolour my art (if you do at least dont make it public ffs) -pass off my art as yours (literally why dude) -consistently overoffer/underoffer for any of my designs/art -leak any accounts that are not explicitly connected to me but are clearly me (i have a personal life bro gimme some space) -ask really personal questions because literally dude ?? what you can do (and i actively encourage): -ask me if i have an account on (platform name) -ask me about my ocs!! and perms for the weird species they are (if they’re really complicated/lore based species so i can tell you the guidelines, otherwise idc) -give recommendations for future projects/other related things -question me about basic knowledge (i will answer wrong to mock you) -call me bruh, bro, dude, girly, etc. (though bro > girly lets be honest) if you read the whole thing, good job! if you didn’t, who cares
