Their main form is a feline though. For the memes Fav person: Devil, soft spot for Azrael since he has a small crush on the angel. ||||||||||||||[Backstory]|||||||||| Beelzebub is the Devil's right-hand man and is usually mistaken for the big guy himself. Lavished with gifts from the most evil being in h*** he roams the Earth for weak-minded, lost, and desperate souls to eat. They make the ichor (blood for him) run hot in his veins, without them it would go cold and his immortal status would drop away; becoming another common devil found in the underworld. Now onto the main story. Beelzebub roams the world in the darkest and most lost parts. One night, in New York, he runs into a woman whose soul seems more tangible than the rest. It was calling to him and the demon just knew if he consumed her soul his position as an immortal would be written in the stars and be permanent. And so a plan was afoot, charm this young lady off her feet with offers of stardom and riches. The woman's name turns out to be Melanie, her family tried to support her dream of being an actress but soon the money was gone all too soon and Melanie was forced onto the streets to look for a reliable job. Beelzebub had found her at just a good moment, she was practically teeming with selfishness and anger. This was an easy mark here. And so, in the form of a man in a suit, he holds out his hand and strikes a deal. Melanie's soul in turn for an eternity of money and fame as an actress. He would gain her soul after his side of the deal was fulfilled, of course, she wouldn't know that though since they didn't utter a word about that. Melanie is very hesitant, she had lived in a superstitious family her whole life and this all seemed very seedy. After almost an hour and a half of manipulation and bribery Beelzebub finally convinces her to do a trial run, for a wisp of her soul of course. The man pulls a contract from thin air and she signs in blood and it's all set! With a snap of their claws, Melanie is on stage with thousands of people sitting in the crowd before her cheering. The play starts. In the crowd, Beelzebub is smirking and drinking wine knowing he probably caught her. After the whole play is over they end up back to where they were before the play and stuff and Melanie is ecstatic, eager to sign her soul away. But! Right before she does it a thought pops in her mind and she breaks the deal saying she wants more test runs. Twelve to be exact. This causes Beelzebub to be angered, but he reluctantly agreed. And with that, the adventures of Melanie and Beelzebub began. Every trial run wisp upon wisps of her soul were consumed and she grew more and more malicious until her behavior was different. She was down to half her soul before something happened. A man with unruly hair and glasses interrupted their deals, the Devil himself had come up to the overworld to have a discussion with Beelzebub on the deal with Melanie. Apparently, her soul was guarded by an angel descended from Azrael themself and it was tainting the evil in Beelzebub's soul every time he ate part of it. Which basically means they were slowly turning holy the whole time. Of course, the feline demon was greedy and wanted to be immortal, and decided not to heed his commander's warnings and made the contract with Melanie. And wouldn't you know after he devoured the rest of her soul he started to fade and burn. Becoming an angel, a lower one of course. Nowadays he's an outcast of the higher levels of Devildom to rot, no longer Satan's favorite. Rumors spread that he's planning something though...
