use the arrow keys to move your player (the red guy). when you are defense you need to stop the other player from getting to the end zone. when you play as the offence then you have to avoid the other player and get to the end zone.
i don't know really anything about football so my friend helped me come up with what the other person should do to catch you. tel me if there are any glitches.
