Alright, this is a huge work in progress, but you can play it along the way. This is going to be similar to my other project, Desktop 2.1.0 I think it was called, and this one will be emulating Windows XP instead. In all honesty, I really just felt like doing this, so, I did it... Or, am *doing* it. Enjoy!
Well, obviously I *borrowed* all of the work from windows XP, and just coded it to do stuff in Scratch.
