it's a modded windows xp o.s. from a modded iso it was 240 by the time this screenshot was done. it was actually installed at either 133 or 150. but the o.s. crashed a minute or two into the desktop, not the setup though; I upgraded to 240. btw the cpu doesn't support acpi power management so it shows the "safe to shutdown" screen. go into Fullscreen for better detail. original creators of the o.s. and modded o.s. all actually the o.s. crashed because of the settings but i did some downgrades to the settings and after a quick retry on a slower cpu within the 100s zone it didn't crash; i clicked a lot of programs as a test and that didn't crash the o.s.; however i went back to 240 because using a slower cpu for the second time was just a test run.
